Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting Bear Robotics' sales team with daily operational tasks while focusing on ongoing process enhancements and performance metrics analysis.

This position will report to the business operations team, which oversees cross-functional processes that connect sales, marketing, finance, and strategic initiatives.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:


Assist the sales, finance, and field robotics engineering teams with contract progression. Monitor and provide updates on customer pipeline. Conduct analyses on sales and marketing data to derive insights into essential KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value. Serve as a liaison among sales, marketing, sales operations, and strategy to identify areas for ongoing improvement. Support market research and benchmarking efforts. Foster productive and collaborative relationships with departments and individuals involved in key sales processes.

Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of sales process systems and improvements as required.

Possess knowledge of Bear Robotics' CRM systems (including, but not limited to Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) and data flows. Analyze data trends to assist in forecasting various commercial transactions.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with sales and marketing methodologies. Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. Capability to convert insights into actionable recommendations. Advanced skills in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with Google Analytics. Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite.
Preferred Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio. Familiarity with SQL, VBA, and Google Scripts.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
