Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the value of Replicated's cloud software distribution platform
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions
