About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Replicated. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct needs assessments, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the value of Replicated's cloud software distribution platform
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach
