- Formulate and implement strategies to boost sales and promote Estes transportation solutions within a designated area.
- Provide comprehensive sales activity reports for performance evaluation.
- Leverage CRM systems to broaden the customer base and enhance client relationships.
- Engage with clients to understand their goals and requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to nurture account partnerships.
- Update clients on new Estes offerings and collect their feedback.
- Discuss supplementary service options with clients to add value.
- Address client issues swiftly and effectively.
- Deliver service presentations to clients.
- Contribute to business forecasting by recognizing trends and anticipating future client needs.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards at all times.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing weekly updates on progress.
- Regular attendance is essential.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience; a Master's Degree is a plus.
- Preferred three years of sales experience; familiarity with LTL/transportation sales is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, organizational capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client relationship development and training as needed.
- Previous experience with CRM systems is desirable; SalesForce experience is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and areas as required by operational needs.
- Capability to lift weights as necessary for job functions.
- Compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Positive response to inquiries and ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, random drug/alcohol tests, and a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
The role requires effective communication and the ability to perform tasks that include sitting, using computers, standing, walking, and lifting.
