Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the Rudloff Agency. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in helping families protect their largest asset - their ability to earn an income.

Our Sales Executives work with A-rated insurance carriers to offer various plans, including Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Coverage, Disability Coverage, and Asset Management. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to put in the effort to build a profitable business and create a rewarding lifestyle.

What sets us apart is our proprietary sales and marketing system, which allows you to focus on helping families and achieving sales instead of prospecting. You will have access to one-on-one mentorship, online product support, direct training with carriers, and a referral program for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help families find the right fit mortgage protection programs
  • Work with insurance companies to secure financial futures
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Engage with our lead system and leverage our proprietary power dialer tools
