Position: Sales Territory Representative

Bogle Agency Group is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Territory Representative to enhance our dynamic team. At Bogle Agency Group, we provide extensive training through virtual classrooms and practical sessions with a dedicated trainer in your sales area. Your trainer will assist you in mastering the fundamentals of the sales cycle. This role primarily involves working within your designated sales territory, with opportunities for occasional travel to collaborate with your sales team in other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

This is an external sales role focused on your assigned sales territory. You will be trained to engage with small and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present some of the industry's leading supplemental insurance products and services.

  • Respond to general inquiries from clients
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs
  • Attend scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
  • Reach out to new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for service updates
  • Develop and maintain your own client portfolio
  • Set your own working hours and report them to your sales manager weekly
  • Submit daily sales metrics and activity reports

Additional Position Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain the Health & Life producer license, with licensing reimbursement available)
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience. Candidates nearing degree completion will also be considered, as will those with relevant outside sales experience.
