Position Overview

ThinkTank LLC is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven sales leaders and agencies to become part of our network as Broadband Sales Agency Leaders. We are in search of a distributor or agency with access to proficient sales teams. In this role, you will oversee a team of Broadband Agents committed to promoting and enrolling eligible clients into cost-effective home internet and streaming television service packages for a prominent Fortune 500 partner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Recruitment and Management:
    • Proactively recruit and maintain a minimum of 5 sales representatives.
    • Formulate strategies to attract top-tier sales talent and cultivate a strong sales team.
    • Guide and support the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and meet enrollment objectives.
    • Recruit Agents on a statewide, regional, and national scale.
    • Establish sales teams with a multi-office presence across various states and regions.
  2. Training and Compliance:
    • Implement comprehensive training programs for both new and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
    • Ensure all sales representatives comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Initiate ongoing educational programs to keep the team informed about best practices and industry developments.
  3. Strategic Location Management:
    • Identify and secure strategic locations for sales operations to enhance customer outreach and enrollments.
    • Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to establish sales and enrollment venues.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or surpassed.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities, challenges, and successes to management.
    • Implement corrective measures when performance standards are not achieved.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build positive relationships with customers and communities to enhance the company's reputation and service adoption.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Focus on reducing churn and implementing strategies to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  6. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Work alongside the marketing team to develop and execute promotional initiatives.
    • Utilize various channels, including social media and community partnerships, to promote our services.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Performance-Based Earnings: Earnings are directly linked to the sales team's performance, with no cap on potential income.
    • High earning potential with bonus incentives.
    • Leaders can earn between $125,000 and $500,000+ annually, depending on the number of enrollments facilitated by their teams.
    • Sales teams enrolling a significant number of customers weekly can expect these earnings.
