Position: Preventive Maintenance Account Manager

Compensation Structure: Base Salary with Commission Incentives

Sales Region: Western Pennsylvania

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Account Manager to drive our annual booking objectives within designated markets, focusing primarily on Western Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in engaging with key decision-makers to present our capabilities in optimizing energy expenditures related to mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate prospects within the assigned territory, ensuring timely follow-up on leads. Conduct effective sales calls, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to successfully close deals using our tailored sales approach. Prepare comprehensive and professional reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations. Foster collaborative relationships within EMCOR Group, maximizing business opportunities. Develop energy expenditure analyses for clients to demonstrate value. Maintain regular contact with clients through quarterly visits to reinforce relationships and identify additional service needs. Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales activities. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager, with the understanding that duties may evolve over time.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; college education is preferred. Prior experience in cold calling and securing appointments with decision-makers is advantageous. Sales experience is preferred. Familiarity with the mechanical industry is beneficial, though not mandatory. Proven ability to qualify prospects and successfully close sales, including cold outreach. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to relationship-building. Excellent communication abilities. Willingness to travel throughout Western Pennsylvania.
