Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will engage directly with business owners in your territory to assess their electronic payment requirements and present our award-winning Merchant Services Products and Solutions. Your role will involve:
- Conducting engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that emphasize the unique benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with the sales team to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices aimed at achieving sales objectives.
- Staying informed about industry developments, competitive dynamics, and product innovations to effectively promote our services.
- Building relationships with business owners and networking within the local community.
Qualifications:
*Prior experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory. Your attitude and personality are key. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success, and your Sales Manager will support you on all appointments via phone.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities, capable of addressing objections and managing rejections gracefully.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for surpassing sales targets.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and the financial technology sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software to manage leads and monitor sales activities.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.
Position Details
- Flexible Full-Time 1099 Role
- Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential
- Monthly residual income and bonus opportunities
