Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our team. As a Project Sales Specialist, you will work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee each project to the homeowner's satisfaction and collect payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties and scope of repairs
- Bid and estimate jobs to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction
- Oversee each project from start to finish to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Collect payment from customers and manage accounts receivable
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders
- Ability to safely walk on roofs for performing inspections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
