Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Warner Pacific Insurance. As a Sales Consultant Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining frequent and effective contact with brokers, building active selling relationships, and increasing sales of all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new medical and specialty businesses through agents/brokers.
  • Conducting agency training and assisting agents in developing marketing plans and acquiring leads.
  • Providing product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of Insurance Sales experience is a plus.
  • Valid Florida life/health insurance license.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
