Job Overview

Bee Talent Solutions is seeking a Game Production Specialist to assist our gaming client in enhancing their production processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a team of Producers through your organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills, aimed at optimizing the team's effectiveness in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate workflows while identifying risks, managing trade-offs, and removing obstacles.
  • Evaluate the current team dynamics and pinpoint areas for improvement in tools, communication, and processes to ensure successful and sustainable project delivery.
  • Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and dedication across diverse groups.
  • Facilitate transparent operations, proactive planning, and comprehensive risk management.
  • Maintain and disseminate project information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Regularly update, organize, and uphold internal documentation to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for Producers.
  • Assist in enhancing team rituals, including pre and post-meeting communications and follow-up actions.
  • Design and coordinate meetings focused on discovery, collaboration, and social interaction regarding cross-functional needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple competing requests to ensure timely and precise task completion.
  • Collaborate with and support Producers to help meet project objectives and sustain workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production coordination, assistant production, or project management role within the gaming, software, or related industries.
  • Experience collaborating with executive teams and partners.
  • Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with collaborative and project management tools, particularly AirTable, Miro, and Notion.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings to drive productive outcomes.
