We are seeking a Senior / Lead Product Manager focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for Apex Legends.

This candidate must thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside various disciplines to optimize and inform our future roadmap while also executing necessary actions to maintain player engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for Apex Legends, focusing on both future feature development and the optimization of current tools for live operations.

This role will primarily concentrate on Player Investment, aiming to enhance engagement and retention, while also addressing various live service monetization aspects of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Player while Balancing the Business: Advocate for the player experience while aligning with business objectives to achieve mutual success.
  • Feature Set Development and Roadmapping: Collaborate to define essential features that ensure the game remains vibrant and players remain satisfied.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize both qualitative insights and quantitative performance metrics to identify player challenges and needs.
  • Prioritization: Establish requirements and set priorities for addressing critical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Design and Production teams to refine solutions and bring concepts to fruition.
  • Business Growth: Define and integrate new operational frameworks and features to enhance our ability to respond to player demands.
  • Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies and develop new processes to enhance team workflows.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior Product Managers, helping them to effectively utilize existing tools and operations while developing their skills.
  • Opportunity Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of key features.
  • Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the analytics team to review key launches and derive insights for game evolution.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry competition, providing insights on new launches and strategies to shape our roadmap.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, ideally within gaming (console, PC, or mobile), entertainment, technology, or consumer products.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional environments, collaborating with production, design, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Experience working alongside Studio Design teams in a collaborative feature development environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Passionate about gaming and the psychology behind it, with a commitment to player satisfaction while focusing on business goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, game systems design, and games as a service.
  • Understanding of balancing quantitative data with qualitative player feedback.
  • MBA preferred.
