Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior/Lead Product Manager will focus on enhancing acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies for Apex Legends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Champion Player Interests:** Act as the advocate for our players while aligning with business objectives to achieve mutual success.
2. **Feature Development and Roadmapping:** Collaborate to define essential features that maintain game health and player satisfaction.
3. **Data-Driven Insights:** Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to identify player needs and challenges.
4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with design and production teams to refine and implement innovative solutions.
5. **Business Growth Initiatives:** Define and integrate operational frameworks that enhance our ability to respond to player demands.
6. **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement efficiencies to improve team workflows.
7. **Prioritization:** Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to prioritize feature development.
8. **Mentorship:** Guide and develop junior product managers, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
9. **Opportunity Analysis:** Conduct research to inform the development of key features.
10. **Performance Evaluation:** Partner with analytics to review and derive insights from key launches.
11. **Competitive Analysis:** Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to shape our roadmap.


Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields, ideally within gaming or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams across various disciplines.
- Experience in collaborative feature development with design teams.
- Strong self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for gaming and understanding player psychology while balancing business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data analysis and game systems design.
- An MBA is preferred.
