Key Responsibilities:
  • Player Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the player while aligning with business objectives to achieve mutual success.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify player needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields, preferably within gaming or technology sectors.
  • A proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and game systems design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for gaming and understanding player psychology.
  • An MBA is preferred.
