Role Overview

The Public Sector Sales Program Manager will oversee various Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, focusing on State and Local Government and Education sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the GTM leader in managing market intelligence vendors and facilitating the adoption of third-party tools to boost market reach.
  • Collaborating with the Public Sector GTM Sales Leader to manage budgets, vendor agreements, and contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  • Overseeing the Knowledge Management repository, creating sector-specific onboarding processes, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
  • Providing programmatic support for specific State and Local Government programs to fulfill contractual obligations and drive business growth through sales and channel partnerships.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in managing market intelligence vendors and promote the adoption of tools to enhance market penetration.
  • Partner with the GTM Sales Leader to manage budgets and vendor agreements, ensuring efficiency.
  • Oversee the Public Sector Knowledge Management repository, including onboarding processes and training support.
  • Track and follow up on strategic initiatives to enhance sales efforts.
  • Maintain effective communication and manage business operations rhythmically.
  • Support specific programs to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in project or program management, with the ability to drive processes independently.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to support execution beyond strategy.
  • Expertise in creating executive-ready presentations and generating data-driven insights.
  • A self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Familiarity with public sector and enterprise technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
