Position Summary

  • Direct the strategy and execution for securing, managing, and expanding contracts with designated government agencies through the leadership of a team of account managers.
  • Guarantee exceptional support for federal clients concerning pre-sales, technical assistance, proposal management, program oversight, post-sale service, marketing, contract, and security management.
  • Oversee the qualification of sales opportunities and determine the most effective sales strategies.
  • Assess procurement options available to clients and act as their representative.
  • Ensure the availability of resources necessary to meet financial and business goals.
  • Develop an annual operating budget for specific accounts within the federal sector.
  • Lead initiatives for process enhancements, ensuring the availability of essential tools to support sales activities.
  • Establish training standards and certifications, collaborating with the team to ensure excellence in customer interactions.
  • Monitor competitive activity in the marketplace through benchmarking efforts.
  • Oversee the successful execution of advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Create an annual workforce and training plan to ensure adequate talent levels for achieving sales and organizational objectives.
  • Deliver presentations and negotiate with executive-level clients.
  • Guide the team to meet and surpass all sales targets and quotas, managing incentive programs as necessary.
  • Identify and recommend new products and services based on market opportunities.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
