Position Overview:
As the Lead Compliance Manager for Public Sector SaaS Solutions at IFSC Online Ltd., you will spearhead the compliance initiatives for our SaaS offerings tailored for government clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our services meet the stringent regulatory requirements of the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the compliance lifecycle tailored to the specific needs of government clients, particularly within the DoD Cloud environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance analysts in executing audit programs, readiness evaluations, and various projects aimed at supporting our restricted service offerings.
- Conduct briefings for stakeholders and government representatives to communicate compliance status and initiatives.
- Engage in initial and annual security evaluations, collaborating with external assessment teams, cloud operations, and security organizations.
- Provide expert compliance consulting to SaaS Cloud Operations, engineering, and development teams as necessary.
- Evaluate internal operations, controls, and risk assessments related to regulatory compliance, recommending necessary adjustments.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of compliance-related outputs.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in compliance or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience with FedRAMP at a large-scale cloud service provider or as a FedRAMP Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO).
- 5+ years of experience in leadership or management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of US Government Risk Management Frameworks and authorization processes, including FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG, and NIST standards.
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting and applying security controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eligibility for TS/SCI Government security clearance.
- BA/BS or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CIPP are highly desirable.
- Experience in governance and compliance within a large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Oracle Applications and Cloud components.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to take on significant responsibilities in compliance management within the public sector SaaS landscape.
