Your RoleAs a Public Sector Sales Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the productivity and growth of the Public Sector Channel business through strategic partnerships with system integrators. Collaborating with a team member, you will oversee the Public Sector strategy, business development, partner enablement, and goals related to pipeline and bookings.
Your Contributions- Collaborate with Sales teams to devise growth strategies for accounts and territories.
- Define and implement partner go-to-market plans and key performance indicators for pipeline and bookings.
- Maximize the impact of key partners, establishing Palo Alto Networks as the preferred partner.
- Drive Public Sector priorities at the executive level to enhance productivity.
- Create compliant partner initiatives and incentives to boost the adoption of growth services.
- Organize Public Sector roadshows and Demand Days in local areas.
- Success metrics for this role include developing a comprehensive go-to-market partner plan, executing field demand generation activities, and achieving partner-led pipeline creation and bookings goals.
- Experience in technology sales, particularly within Public Sector Channel Sales.
- Proficient in crafting Partner/Territory business plans and measuring success against key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level partner executives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results.
- Experience in a cross-functional environment, contributing to joint strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Dashboards and Reports is advantageous.
