Position Overview:

The Training Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supervising a team of fitness trainers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This position encompasses staff management, crafting sales strategies, and enforcing sales protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Training team along with the membership accountant
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Provide guidance and support in sales initiatives
  • Set and track sales budgets
  • Lead initiatives for corporate memberships
  • Formulate and execute sales policies and procedures
  • Coordinate client schedules and sales meetings

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Driven and personable with a positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Background in sales, preferably within the fitness sector
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED are essential
  • Knowledge of Personal Training practices
