Job Description

At Sun Chlorella USA, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing new retail accounts to increase sales and expand product distribution in the retail market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective business development, sales, and customer service skills and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and conducting regular maintenance calls to existing and new accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and educate customers regularly on new products, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update records and account information in our database and Retail Call Status log.
  • Identify potential opportunities by staying current with industry trends, market activities, competitors, and brokers.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree required, and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Internet.
  • Strong phone selling and customer service skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time well and work both independently and with a team.
