Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Drayage Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outside sales and business development, with a focus on drayage sales.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the drayage market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Lead the proposal process, from development to delivery
- Cultivate and close new business relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on drayage sales
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Local to the LAX market
- High energy and passion for prospecting and building relationships
- Competitive nature and self-starter mentality
