Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sr Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales plan to execute the company's sales strategy in the North region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Manage a team of sales managers to execute regional sales plans and build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop and manage Promethean's relationship with customers in the territory, ensuring they are educated on the company's offerings and are enabled to purchase or promote Promethean solutions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including pipeline and lead management
  • Develop and manage organizational plans and policies to ensure the sales team strategy is executed
Requirements
  • 8+ years of selling experience in the education or technology markets
  • 3+ years of experience with people management and employee development
  • Experience of selling complex solutions
  • Knowledge of the education market
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Travel and overnight stays required
