Job Summary

White Cap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and drive the sales strategy within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing strategic guidance and holding sales leaders accountable for meeting KPIs.
  • Design and manage processes for high sales performance, assessing team productivity and inspiring aggressive sales efforts.
  • Ensure execution of company strategy through training programs and collaboration with various departments.
  • Develop complex strategic accounts, partnering with internal account teams and external stakeholders to enable successful deal execution and mutual action plans.
  • Communicate data, insights, and recommendations through clear and compelling presentations to leadership.
  • Create a collaborative culture with operations, General Managers, and corporate functions, promoting accountability and inclusion.
  • Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company goals, enhancing market share, profitability, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 10+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management role with significant business impact.
  • Proven sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Customer and supplier relationship management skills, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers.
