Regional Sales Director

White Cap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and drive the sales strategy within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing strategic guidance and holding sales leaders accountable for meeting KPIs.
- Design and manage processes for high sales performance, assessing team productivity and inspiring aggressive sales efforts.
- Ensure execution of company strategy through training programs and collaboration with various departments.
- Develop complex strategic accounts, partnering with internal account teams and external stakeholders to enable successful deal execution and mutual action plans.
- Communicate data, insights, and recommendations through clear and compelling presentations to leadership.
- Create a collaborative culture with operations, General Managers, and corporate functions, promoting accountability and inclusion.
- Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company goals, enhancing market share, profitability, safety, and productivity.
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
- Generally 10+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management role with significant business impact.
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Leadership and team management skills, including excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Customer and supplier relationship management skills, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers.
