Job Title: VP, Relationship Manager

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a highly skilled VP, Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and managing new commercial loan accounts and client relationships while enhancing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new commercial loan accounts and client relationships
  • Enhance existing customer relationships
  • Provide financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
  • Increase the bank's deposit base through various products
  • Develop sound and profitable business relationships
  • Evaluate financial information and determine credit risk
  • Approve loans within assigned lending authority
  • Monitor market conditions and make recommendations to maintain competitive and profitable product lines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of commercial lending experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Superb people skills to work within a team environment and successfully develop and retain client relationships
  • Proven ability to cross-sell other banking products
  • Self-motivated to work independently and take ownership
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of personal computer hardware and software skills
Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business

Minimum five to seven years related experience and training in commercial banking

Compensation:

Salary Range: $124,586 - $186,879

Amount is based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies
