Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, including credits and deposit-only relationships.
  • Grow revenue by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Provide financial advice to clients and identify and sell appropriate bank products and services as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with referral sources, centers of influence, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with business development staff, lenders, and underwriters to structure loans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of banking experience, including business development and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to effectively sell bank products and services, possess credibility and professionalism when working with clients, and close business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

This role requires regular travel between banking offices and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to sit for long periods, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands or arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to focus.
