About the Position

We are in search of a seasoned and meticulous Program Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team at Parry Labs. The ideal candidate will oversee the cost, schedule, and performance of direct Department of Defense (DOD) contracts and/or internally funded initiatives. This role will involve both individual contributions and leadership within Parry's Ground, C2, and Maritime Division, focusing on establishing PMO best practices, enhancing the utilization of PMO tools and resources, and mentoring program teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize core Program Management expertise to oversee the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects.
  • Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Guarantee timely completion of all materials and deliverables.
  • Identify and address risks associated with project execution.
  • Collaborate within a team environment on complex tasks.
  • Promote technical excellence by establishing program standards and facilitating execution.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to an integrated product team.
  • Forecast financial outcomes and optimize award fees/profits.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Support portfolio expansion activities such as proposal development and customer engagement.
  • Mentor and guide members of the Program Management Organization.
  • Help establish internal goals and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the DOD sector.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with earned value management.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to support travel up to 30%.
