Position Summary:

BryceTech is seeking a seasoned program manager to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Chief Information Officer, Assistant Commandant for Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), and Coast Guard Cyber Security Command.

Client Background:
In June 2020, the Coast Guard initiated the C5ISC to align with the Commandant's modernization initiative and transition to a function-based support framework to standardize operations across all locations, missions, and asset types. The C5ISC's primary mission is to unify the Coast Guard's command, control, communications, computer, cyber, and intelligence support structure and business practices to deliver technological solutions for mission success. The C5I Service Center consists of a geographically dispersed workforce of over 1,100 dedicated military, civilian, and contractor personnel committed to fulfilling the demands outlined by the Commandant's Intent, which emphasizes the rapid pace of innovation in the maritime domain.

Mission Objectives:
The mission of CG-6 is to enhance the value of C5ISC in executing USCG missions by developing and aligning enterprise strategies, policies, and resource decisions with USCG strategic goals and customer requirements. As the engineering and technical execution branch of CG-6, the C5ISC enables USCG mission execution by providing high-quality information, situational awareness products and services, maintenance and repair services, resource transparency, and total asset visibility.

Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will provide support and guidance in government business practices, business re-engineering, business process development, business metrics formulation, facility and workforce planning, communications and marketing strategies, and management-related issues as specified in resulting orders.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
The Senior Consultant must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Experience:
In addition to the educational qualifications, the Senior Consultant should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.

Essential Skills:
The Senior Consultant must demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical data
  • Capability to read and interpret acquisition policies, regulations, and directives

Additional Information:
This position is contingent upon BryceTech securing a prime bid on the DHS USCG Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) BPA contract. A Top Secret Security Clearance is required for this role.
