Global Policy Research Analyst

Command Holdings is seeking qualified candidates for the role of International Policy Analyst to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E).
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Organizing and facilitating meetings and events between senior U.S. officials and their international counterparts. This includes coordinating logistics such as access requests to military facilities, managing clearances, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Acting as a liaison with relevant OSD Components and Services to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Collaborating with country-specific action officers to track and complete tasks between major engagement meetings, and working with technical personnel within OUSD(R&E) to address outstanding issues.
- Maintaining awareness of science and technology cooperative activities in designated geographical areas and engaging with subject matter experts within OUSD(R&E) and related entities.
- Collaborating with the OUSD(A&S) International Cooperation Office to develop and manage various agreements and arrangements related to international cooperation.
- Assisting in the coordination of foreign disclosure approvals for OUSD(R&E) products and supporting requests for information exchange on initiatives led by OUSD(R&E).
- Conducting data analysis from the International Agreements Database to respond to inquiries regarding specific country activities or technical topics.
- Working with travel planners to arrange international travel and ensure necessary security clearances for major engagements.
The work environment may involve moderate to loud noise levels typical of a business office or operational setting.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in international relations, communications, political science, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in International Policy within the Department of Defense or a similar environment.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
- Experience in writing country-focused products, including detailed country studies.
- Familiarity with foreign disclosure agreements and facilitating high-level meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Experience with Science and Technology agreements between the U.S. and other nations.
- Experience working within OUSD R&E.
