Position Summary:

BryceTech is seeking a seasoned program manager to provide support to our clients in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This role will involve working closely with the Chief Information Officer and the Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC).

Client Background:

In alignment with the Commandant's Coast Guard Modernization Initiative, the C5ISC was established to standardize processes and procedures across various missions and asset types. The center's primary goal is to unify the command, control, communications, computer, cyber, and intelligence support structures to deliver effective technology solutions for mission success. The workforce comprises over 1,100 dedicated military, civilian, and contractor personnel, all committed to meeting the evolving demands of the Coast Guard.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing support in government business practices and re-engineering.
  • Assisting in the development of business processes and metrics.
  • Contributing to facility and workforce planning.
  • Engaging in communications and marketing planning.
  • Addressing management-related issues as specified in project orders.
Qualifications:

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Experience:
Applicants should have at least ten (10) years of experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.

Essential Skills:
The Senior Consultant must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis of technical data.
  • Interpreting acquisition policies, regulations, and directives.
Additional Information:

This position is contingent upon BryceTech securing a prime bid on the DHS USCG Business and Logistics Management Support Services contract. A Top Secret Security Clearance is required for this role.
