Position Overview: Creative Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Creative Project Coordinator to support our dynamic team in the execution of innovative digital and print projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that creative assets are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main support for project managers and creative teams, facilitating the production of digital advertising projects.
  • Utilize your experience in the e-commerce sector to drive project success within a corporate retail or creative agency context.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with project managers, keeping all stakeholders informed of milestones and any changes.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to the team, ensuring clarity on creative capacity and timelines.
  • Coordinate with various teams to guarantee the successful completion of digital creative initiatives.
  • Provide regular project status updates to project managers, highlighting any potential challenges and solutions.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to outline goals, track progress, and document outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and address scheduling or resource challenges, offering practical solutions to project managers.
  • Ensure that project managers and creative teams have the necessary information and resources to achieve their objectives.
  • Monitor project progress to align with critical deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within e-commerce, corporate retail, or an advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate creative projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
