We are seeking a Project Manager to enhance our team at Subtropic Studios. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Strategy, Design, and Business Teams, as well as engage directly with external brands, agencies, and production partners. You will oversee a variety of creative initiatives, including Augmented Reality, Visual Design, and Video projects. The ideal candidate will showcase strong collaborative skills, effective communication in client relations, and strategic problem-solving abilities to navigate creative challenges and logistical obstacles throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the production process for diverse design projects from initial brief to final delivery

· Evaluate project requirements and assets, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of creative objectives and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams

· Act as the primary contact for clients and vendors, providing detailed estimates, timelines, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle

· Coordinate resources and processes to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with desired outcomes

· Obtain final asset approvals from clients and agency partners

· Collaborate with Team Managers for resource allocation

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in production or project management within an agency setting

· Proficient in tools such as Keynote and GSuite

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential

· Experience working independently with a cross-functional team of stakeholders and developers based on project needs

· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and effectively tackle creative challenges within tight deadlines

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

· Experience in AR/VR project executions

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications

· Understanding of project management tools such as Asana and Slack
