We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of creative endeavors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Strategy, Design, and Business Teams, as well as engage directly with external brands, agencies, and production partners. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects across Augmented Reality, Visual Design, and Video. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional teamwork skills, effective communication in client relations, and strategic insight to navigate creative challenges and logistical complexities throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the production process for diverse design projects from inception to completion

· Assess project requirements and assets, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of creative objectives while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams

· Act as the primary liaison for clients and vendors, providing detailed estimates, timelines, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle

· Coordinate resources and processes to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, achieving desired outcomes aligned with strategic goals

· Obtain final approvals on assets from clients and agency partners

· Collaborate with Team Managers to optimize resource allocation

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in production or project management within an agency setting

· Proficient in tools such as Keynote and GSuite

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

· Experience working independently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and tackle creative challenges with tight deadlines

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

· Experience in AR/VR project execution

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications

· Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana and Slack
