Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main support for project managers and digital creatives, facilitating the production of digital advertising projects.
- Bring experience from an e-commerce background, particularly within corporate retail or creative agencies.
- Guarantee timely delivery of creative projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create detailed project schedules, keeping all teams informed of milestones and any adjustments.
- Communicate progress on creative projects, including team capacity and timelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of digital creative initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and project status reports to project managers.
- Engage in weekly meetings to outline clear objectives, discussions, and anticipated outcomes.
- Identify potential scheduling or resource challenges proactively, offering solutions to the Project Manager.
- Ensure project managers and creative teams have the necessary information and resources for success.
- Monitor project progress to maintain alignment with critical deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within e-commerce, corporate retail, or an advertising agency.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate creative projects effectively.
- Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
