Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled **Digital Asset Manager** to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for facilitating the development and production process between clients, design agencies, and media partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of our digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple complex campaigns and lines of businesses, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  2. Oversee the development of creative video and custom program development, including production timelines and technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners.
  3. Manage and oversee the internal creative traffic process from ideation to launch for all digital/advertising campaigns, ensuring quality control and adherence to project plans.
  4. Strategize and partner with agency teams to establish baseline project plans for all agency deliverables, utilizing project management best practices and tools.
  5. Develop reports and documentation to keep clients and agency informed on projects/campaigns, deliverable progress, and issue tracking.
  6. Analyze and prioritize multiple activities and project needs, establishing attainable deadlines and resolving project issues as needed.
  7. Manage and ensure efficient workflows within the department, effectively assigning and delegating tasks to team members.
  8. Provide leadership, motivation, mentoring, and training for the project management team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
  9. Manage and direct outside partners as needed, including specialized agencies, illustrators, photographers, graphic designers, and other vendors.
  10. Partner with Media Buyers to provide creative insights and advise on creative feasibility when evaluating new media opportunities/projects.
Requirements
  1. 5 years of agency experience and strong project management skills, with a focus on digital production environments.
  2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across disciplines.
  3. Advanced understanding of the advertising industry and multiple media types, including digital, video, social, print, cinema, OOH, and more.
  4. Knowledge of marketing and agency-related technologies and trends, with a focus on digital media creative specs and IAB standards.
  5. High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Basic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or Studio is a plus.
