Position Summary

The primary responsibility of a Project Manager (PM) is to oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across various disciplines. The PM is tasked with gathering timely insights from experts to facilitate the successful completion of the project. This role demands authority and accountability, fostering a culture of collaboration and quality through stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates effective communication among team members and departments, ensuring clarity on deliverables and addressing challenges promptly.
  • Establishes integration checkpoints to enhance collaboration during the creative development process.
  • Documents key decisions and deliverables from internal meetings, ensuring all team members are informed.
  • Coordinates with account representatives to gather media plan specifications and liaises with producers for project requirements.
  • Organizes the second internal creative review, ensuring that the agency's perspective is well-represented in client presentations.
  • Secures necessary approvals for all project materials, including scripts, layouts, and proofs.
  • Engages in various project management aspects, including communication, assignments, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, documentation, and resource management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive project management experience in advertising or a related field.
  • Experience across multiple disciplines is advantageous, though expertise in a specific medium (broadcast, print, or digital) is acceptable.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

Highly organized, adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure. The ideal candidate can manage project deliverables across various disciplines, knows when to consult subject matter experts, maintains a positive demeanor, and is motivated to find solutions. Proficiency in interpersonal and computer skills is essential.
