Drive Operational Excellence as a Business Process Optimization Manager

As a Business Process Optimization Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the performance of our Global Marine Technical Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Process Optimization Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders in Marine Technical Operations to design and implement efficient business processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with senior leadership across Marine Technical Operations, Global Marine Operations, Safety, Decarbonization, and other key functions to ensure seamless execution and impactful results.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Utilize data analysis and process mapping tools to visualize workflows and identify bottlenecks, developing practical solutions to drive operational excellence.
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver technical and operational insights into clear, impactful, and visually engaging presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
  • Stay Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes while driving business performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, finance, marketing, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a business management role, ideally in the travel or leisure industry.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a track record of driving successful initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels across global teams.
  • Ability to think critically, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
