Job Title: Director of Revenue Management

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Management to join our team at SLS South Beach in Miami. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue optimization across transient, group, and contract business segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate market demand trends to optimize room rates and inventory.
  • Lead weekly Commercial Strategy Meetings and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Implement sales strategies and rate and inventory restrictions to exceed revenue goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop the annual rooms revenue and Business Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with AccorHotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree in hospitality management, business management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive revenue management experience in a full-service property.
  • Proven track record of delivering market-leading results and innovative solutions.
  • Superior analytical and people skills, with sound knowledge of the discipline of Revenue Management.
  • Proficient in hotel PMS, CRS, and RMS systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budgetary analysis.
