Position Title: Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $18/hour - $20/hour
Work Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
As a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately; welcoming visitors with professionalism.
- Addressing inquiries, providing necessary information, and delivering administrative assistance.
- Handling correspondence, organizing appointments, and maintaining efficient filing systems.
- Processing payments and performing various clerical duties.
- Training to support Customer Service functions, including order processing, customer history review, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated job stability on your resume *REQUIRED*
- Minimum of 3 years in Administrative/Clerical roles *REQUIRED*
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service *REQUIRED*
- Proficient in English, with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Excellent communication abilities across all levels of staff.
- Basic mathematical skills and a solid understanding of numerical data.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative systems.
Onboarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Successful completion of Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- Two verifiable employment references
