Position Title: Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $18/hour - $20/hour

Work Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Location: Tempe, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and professionally welcome visitors.
  • Address inquiries, deliver information, and provide administrative assistance.
  • Organize correspondence, arrange appointments, and maintain orderly filing systems.
  • Handle credit card transactions and execute various clerical duties.
  • Assist in Customer Service tasks, including order processing, customer history inquiries, and scheduling.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated job stability on resume *MANDATORY*
  • Minimum of 3 years in Administrative/Clerical roles *MANDATORY*
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service experience *MANDATORY*
  • Proficient in English, with strong grammar and spelling skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Basic mathematical skills and a solid understanding of numerical data.
