Job Overview:
Solugenix Corp is collaborating with a prominent financial services organization to find a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist. This role is based in Tempe, AZ and is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and executed documents.
- Oversee disbursement tasks by preparing checks and invoices.
- Process deliveries from various courier services, ensuring accurate postage and record-keeping.
- Digitize important documents by scanning and organizing files.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of materials, including printing labels and packaging.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies, requesting additional materials as necessary.
- Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in scanning, printing, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow written instructions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
