Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and executed documents.
  • Oversee disbursement tasks by preparing checks and invoices.
  • Process deliveries from various courier services, ensuring accurate postage and record-keeping.
  • Digitize important documents by scanning and organizing files.
  • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of materials, including printing labels and packaging.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies, requesting additional materials as necessary.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in scanning, printing, and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
