MGRM Pinnacle Charter Schools seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School Administrative Support Specialist.

This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our school, providing essential support to students, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate student records, process enrollment and withdrawal paperwork, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success by providing information and resources as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for everyone.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive school community by fostering strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the academic success of all students.
