Job Overview

AA2IT is in search of a skilled IT End User Support Specialist. This position involves delivering guidance and assistance across various operating systems and software platforms. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Primary Duties:
  • Offer support for a diverse range of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Antivirus solutions, Oracle clients, and Citrix databases.
  • Assist in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of corporate and site-specific PC images.
  • Manage support tasks through an online ticketing system.
  • Provide training to users on office productivity tools to boost efficiency.
  • Serve as a secondary support resource for remote locations.
  • Ensure that systems are maintained in accordance with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is mandatory; post-secondary education is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of pertinent IT technical support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with desktop imaging software and TCP/IP networking.
  • Willingness to work on-site during standard business hours.
