Position Overview:
This role is designed to provide comprehensive technical and administrative assistance to key leadership within the Lincoln Regional Center (LRC). You will play a vital role in coordinating, tracking, and overseeing various administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct administrative support tasks, including gathering and reviewing information, and drafting responses to inquiries or complaints of a sensitive nature.
  • Prepare and manage administrative, operational, and similar reports or informational summaries related to workload, budgeting, grants, staffing, or legislative matters.
  • Facilitate interagency and community relations, promoting public awareness of LRC's administrative functions and activities.
  • Collect, compile, and extract data from various records and documents; create reports, charts, and graphs using word processing, spreadsheet, or database software to present information effectively.
  • Provide end-user support and training to both internal and external customers regarding software applications and business processes utilized by the LRC.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess:
  • Relevant coursework or experience in research, presentation, or publication related to the agency's programs.
  • Technical support experience, including proficiency in computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and advanced computer software capabilities.

Knowledge Requirements:
Candidates should have a solid understanding of:
  • Administrative policies and guidelines of the agency.
  • Office processes and procedures, along with associated computer applications.
  • Monitoring and assessing program performance.
  • Interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Creating visual representations of data, such as charts and graphs.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of records.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$15 per hour

Relocation:
Relocation before starting work is required.
