Position Summary:
As a Civil 3D Coordinator within our Applied Technology division, you will collaborate with design teams to deliver training, consulting, standards implementation, and technical assistance aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing productivity. You will engage with our CAD, BIM, and GIS specialists to devise strategies that yield dependable and inventive technical solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company information systems by assessing risks and vulnerabilities associated with our Civil 3D software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering collaborative efforts with team members.
  • Taking ownership of your responsibilities and contributions.
  • Utilizing your expertise to make a positive impact on communities.
  • Providing expert-level support for Civil 3D software.
  • Assisting teams with design workflows related to Civil 3D.
  • Identifying and coordinating training requirements for teams as necessary.
  • Facilitating communication among Civil 3D users.
  • Exhibiting advanced knowledge of program settings and configurations.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and file-related issues.
  • Managing installation and licensing processes.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Possessing an associate degree or some college education, preferably in computer-aided drafting and design technology or a related field.
  • Having a minimum of six years of experience in a relevant position within your area of expertise.
