Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional phone support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Process transactions with high accuracy, including sales orders and customer requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service and streamline workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on transactions to ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Meet personal and team KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business environment, with previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
