Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional phone support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process transactions with high accuracy, including sales orders and customer requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service and streamline workflow.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Follow up on transactions to ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Meet personal and team KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business environment, with previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
