IT Support Specialist

This is a full-time position that requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field and a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to end-users via email, phone, and remote access
- Document resolutions for the IT department and end-users to reference
- Assist with the management of equipment for users onsite and remote
- Setup user and system profiles for new users
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2-year technical degree
- IT field work experience preferred
- Technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware devices
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, communications software, web development, virus protection, and diagnostic software
- Problem-solving skills, think logically and analytically
- Work in a team environment and have the initiative to work individually
This role operates in a professional office environment with end-users in both an office (on-premise and remote) and manufacturing environment at multiple locations.
This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, video/audio tools, and peripherals.
