Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

  • Drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and cutting counter accuracy.

  • Assist the Store Management team with leading the store team members, observing, and coaching individuals.

  • Perform operational duties, including opening and closing the store, ensuring store compliance, and finding creative ways to drive the business.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
