Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekends
