Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team at Liaison International. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues via phone, email, or web conferencing software.
  • Record and document customer inquiries and responses in Salesforce.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients via web conferencing software.
  • Escalate and resolve reported issues with the Tier 2 support team and follow up with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Solution Management team on CAS-specific issues and projects.
  • Meet deadlines, project milestones, and team meeting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 9AM and 8PM.
  • Previous telephone and written support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based information sources.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
