Job Summary

The Executive Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to the CIO and other executives at Global Partners LP. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CIO and other executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate general meetings and conference calls, including venue selection, transportation, and materials preparation.
  • Compose and accurately proofread letters and documents.
  • Create presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, representing Global Partners LP to staff, board members, business associates, clients, vendors, and business partners.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of executive/administrative experience.
  • Prior experience in C-suite support is a plus.
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge preferred.
